Piedmont Paintless Dent Repair will do their utmost to complete repairs as quickly as possible; however, actual turnaround times may depend on factors like damage severity and parts availability; unfortunately we cannot take responsibility for delays caused by external sources like adverse weather or limited parts availability. Piedmont Paintless Dent Repair stands behind their craftsmanship, and will rectify any defects directly related to our repair services if reported within an acceptable window after repairs have been performed. Be mindful that this warranty DOES NOT cover damage resulting from misuse, negligence or normal wear & tear after repairs have been completed. As we cannot take responsibility for items left inside of your vehicle during repairs, it is highly advised that all personal effects be removed prior to dropping it off at our shop. Payment may be accepted in form of cash, check or major credit cards upon completion. Should nonpayment arise, we reserve the right to store the vehicle until full payment has been received.
